Delivery & Packaging

Delivery times vary between a few days and two weeks. Custom orders and out of stock items may take longer.

It's free shipping for UK addresses. All jewellery over £50 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Jewellery under £50 is sent by Royal Mail Signed For. With both services a tracking number will be emailed to you and will require a signature on delivery.

Shipping for the rest of the world is £9 and will be sent by Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, a tracking number will be emailed to you after posting. International customers are responsible for any customs charges.

Recycled packaging is used for posting orders. The envelopes used are 100% recyclable as is the tape to seal them. I also occasionally reuse old jiffy bags. All jewellery comes presented in a card gift box which is also recyclable.

Returns

 If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please let me know within 14 days of receipt and send it back within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a refund.

Unfortunately earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

Custom orders cannot be refunded so please have in mind exactly what you require before ordering, this includes gemstone type and ring size.

 

Rings with gemstones cannot be resized. The process to resize a ring is complicated and I do not have the equipment for this task. I have to make a new ring from scratch so please let me know your correct size when ordering.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
